1. Program Description

DM Console Monitoring (“Program”) is an SMS alert service operated by Pythia Technologies Inc. This Program sends security alert notifications to employees regarding potential compromises or issues affecting monitored software or hardware systems that require action.

Messages are job-related, operational in nature, and not promotional or marketing messages.

2. Eligibility

This SMS Program is available only to Pythia Technologies Inc. employees who require monitoring alerts as part of their job responsibilities and who have provided explicit consent to receive SMS messages.

3. Opt-In & Consent

Employees may opt in to receive SMS alerts through one of the following methods:

Calling (740) 363-2272, or
Visiting the Pythia Technologies office located at
130 Stelzer Court, Suite B, Sunbury, OH 43074

During the opt-in process, a Pythia Technologies representative will verbally explain the consent terms. Consent is confirmed only after the employee affirmatively agrees.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS alert messages from Pythia Technologies Inc. related to system security and monitoring.

After consent is given, a confirmation message is sent:

“You have agreed to receive SMS alert messages from Pythia Tech. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on system events and alert conditions. Some periods may have no messages, while others may involve multiple alerts.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

7. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Pythia Technologies Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Mobile numbers are used solely for operational alert messaging
Mobile information is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes
Information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel

9. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported by most major U.S. mobile carriers; however, delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Pythia Technologies Inc. is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Program Changes

Pythia Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate this SMS Program at any time, including changes to message content, frequency, or terms.
