Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant to the DM and ask in plain English. It answers from your live equipment data: what's in alarm, what changed, how long the batteries will last, and what to watch next.
- New assistant accounts are read-only. Only an administrator can allow writes.
- Every write policy is off until an administrator turns it on.
- Credentials and user accounts are never visible to the assistant.
Available for the DM server, SPDM, SPIGM and SPAC4.

What does Pythia Technologies make?
The Pythia DM facility monitoring platform, and Smart Panels for monitoring and controlling critical equipment: the Smart Panel IGM for Liebert IGM equipment, the Smart Panel AC4 changeover panel, and remote status panels such as the UPS Remote Status Panel.
What equipment can the DM monitor?
UPS systems, generators and transfer switches, CRAC units, chillers and pumps, power distribution and meters, leak and environmental sensors, and servers and network switches, over BACnet/IP, Modbus/TCP, Modbus RTU, SNMP, HTTP, XML and Liebert IGM. Drivers for other equipment are supplied on request.
Can Pythia replace a Liebert SiteLink or AC4 panel?
Yes. The Smart Panel IGM is a drop-in replacement for Liebert SiteLink on the existing RS-422 IGM wiring. The Smart Panel AC4 is a direct replacement for the legacy Liebert AC4 changeover panel.
Will it work with our BMS?
Yes. The DM publishes everything it monitors as a BACnet/IP device, a Modbus/TCP server and an SNMP agent, with the point maps built automatically.
Can AI assistants use our facility data?
Yes, with the DM AI Connector, available for the DM server, SPDM, SPIGM and SPAC4. Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant can read live values, alarms and trends. Accounts are read-only by default, and changes are made only where an administrator allows them.
Does Pythia install and support the system?
Yes. Pythia provides turn-up and commissioning, remote or on site, custom graphic pages built from your drawings, and ongoing support from Powell, Ohio.
